Mary Washington Asparagus produces thick, straight green stalks with a hint of purple at the spear. Asparagus takes up to 3 years from seed to produce stalks but will last for decades after becoming established.

Catskill Brussels Sprout is an excellent producer, yielding numerous 2" heads on strong stalks. Plants grow from 24-48" tall and are easy to harvest. The flavor becomes sweeter after frost.
