Advice for new users
Do not rush to apply the balm on their paws. Pets can get very sensitive when people touch/rub on their paws.
Open the tube/jar and place it near your pets, give them time to be familiar with the balm smell. Pets will have less resistance when you apply the balm to their sensitive paws afterwards.
